String of small Green Tara prayer flags
2 cycles of the five coloured flags, traditionally put up outside for the wind to carry your prayers.
Flag size approx 5" x 4". 10 flags to a string.
The five colours represent each of the five elements:- earth, water, fire, air and space.
Greent Tara; fluttering compassion throughout the world.
Please note colours fade in time with weather.

INFORMATION:

Prayer flags are traditionally hung outside and renewed every year or for auspicious occassions. As the wind flutters them, the prayers ripple out across the world.

we stock two types:- horizontal strings and large vertical prayer flags (tharchen)

Flags come in 5 colours to represent the five elements and different prayers can be printed on them. The most common is the lungta print (windhorse) for good luck and good fortune for all beings. We also have Tara print flags for active compassion.
