Two tracks

1. Mahamudra Lineage prayer and meditation
2. Mahakala puja. Invocation and offerings followed by blessings and dedication.

Total running time 64 mins

The first track is the prayer with which the monks begin their day, and the second it part of each day's closing ritual in which the monks ask for purificationo adn dedicate their blessings to all sentient beings.
